Hi guys, been racking my brains trying to solve an issue, and no amount of googling has solved it so far.
I have my mail account synced with my btinternet account. All seems to be working fine, however once in every 5 times of opening the tile it will say:
It then asks me to re-enter the password for the account and it will carry on as normal.
If i go into the accounts settings using the charms it will say in red writing under my account "check settings"
Im pulling my hair out at the moment. I have added and removed the accound 5 or 6 times, i have made the account on the computer a local one and then made it a microsoft account again, i have the computer as a trusted device.
Any ideas??????

We can't sync because your account info has changed. Update it and we'll try again
