problem with x1950pro

well, tonight i tried to use the cut down ram sinks on the vrms and they got hot abd shut off the card witing 30 secs of 3dmark05 so it is safe to say they do not work!
i have heard that there is another version of this same card, like a revision update and it has a zalman cooler and a massive heatsink right over the vrms, does anyone know where to buy one of these separatly?

dam would have thought the cut down coolers would have worked as for the one you mentioned thats the sapphire 1950pro ultimate 256mb, but not sure if they out yet but havent really looked though.

as soon as i put the stock back on it works like a dream, it just a shame i cannot put it under water, the idle temp at stock are 45-50c but under water it was only 25c . the vrms must be running pretty close to the edge constantly for this to happen

yeah must be, someone must come ou with something for it. seems like the vrms gonna need a v large heatsink, or some how t he water block cools them aswell
