With my ASUS EEEPC 701, i am unable to connect to my wireless network at home, so i rang up Orange and they said that they aren't compatible with Linux Is there anything i can do about this, except switch ISP?
I assume Orange said that your Wireless router isn't linux compatible (god knows how but hey), rather than Orange themselves not being linux compatible?
By what magic is the router not compatible? Is it using some secret method of encryption for which no one has written a network-manager extension or something?
When I hear responses like that I usually take it as the tech's excuse to get me off of the phone.
