problem with xenomorph please HELP

i have just taken delivery of a titan xenomorph, connected upto my lG tv/monitor but cannot get nothing on hdmi or VGA connections. the pc came shipped with the graphic card installed so it might of come loose in the transit period. i have no real knowledge of pc's as i have always had laptops. i just don't want the problem to become worse. can anyone help as i'm dying to use my new pc.............................sudeki300

Nuke it from Orbit. It's the only way you can be sure.

Umplug it and open the side of the case up in some good light. Have a look at the card and see if it looks like it is in properly. I would be very surprised if it has come loose as it should be screwed in with the backplate.

You are connecting the monitor to the GFX card and not an onboard GFX solution?

If the GFX card needs power into it, check these are not lose.
