Problem witx rtx 3060

Hi! I have problem with rtx3060, hope someone will know answer, whole pc works fine just when lighter shade shows it's doesn't turn darker smoothly - it's like rainbow effect
This is not display problem as I check couple lcd, oled monitors still same
What I can do with this?

Id say thats more an issue with the picture used than the GFX card.

Do you get the same on the default windows desktop pics?

I don't, the picture is too small.

I have this problem also on others pictures and video too, it's like rainbow shows when high white lights should smoothly go down to darker colours
Did anyone have this problem ?
New drivers, uninstall experience etc nothing change

Can you try a different HDMI/Display Port Cable?

Re-seat the GPU and make sure cables are connected fully.

I buy this pc used, from beginning it was like this, all of those I try already including different cable dp/ hdmi still same, it's possible than rtx is broken?
