Yo Yo, I recently moved my PC to a new place of residence, and at the same time

I Installed a TV Card
Installed a network broadband conection (IE I plug my pc into a hole in the wall and type my logon details)
Installed dual monitors + Dualmon

Now, Every so often when im watching TV in MCE it loops the sound for about 1 second then reboots. Im not sure why this is... but there we go.

If I go to type in msn, or firefox etc it will ocasionaly slow my PC right down so everything including mouse movement is in about 1fps

The start bar keeps freezing every few mins, after about 30 mins of usage. It will eventualy unfreeze, However I usualy CTRL + ALT + DEL, Wait a few mins for it to pop up, close Explorer.exe and reload it after a few more mins it reloads.

Whatever is causing the above slows my pc down.

I Tried uninstalling my TV Card and the start bar freezing still continued, So I have detirmined it is not that, I have also uninstalled Ultramon so I know that this is not the problem. Now I did a clean of My PC, Spyware, Adware, Virus Scans and nothing turned up. A Few days ago I cleaned my Registry and my disks, with Norton Tuneup Utilities, and the problem seemed to go away, however after a day it came back, then last night I cleaned them again and I have had no problems since, However both times I also disconected my network cable for about 12 hours so I am unsure if Cleaning the PC helps or if a break from the network.

Anyone have any idea what is up? Its prety anoying if im gonna have to do a registry and disk cleanup every day :o

My PC Specs

2x 300GB SATA HDD
AMD X2 4800+
ATI Radeon X1900XTX 512MB
Asus Crossfire Mobo
Enermax PSU
2GB OCZ Ram

Thanks, Jcb33!

lots of options really, simplist thing would be to check for the latest drivers for your network adaptor.

Its one of two adapters on the Asus A8r32-MVP Deluxe - ATI xpress 3200 PCUI Express Mainboard

And from searching the Asus site, the last drivers were in January, and as this PC has drivers installed from April.... No new ones to install
