Okay so I seem to be having a problem, everytime I restart my PC or boot it up the recycle bin always contains 1-4 files with the name "RB3.TMP" or "RB5.TMP" etc. Anyway i can delete them and they just come back on a restart. Its a .tmp file and the size is 0kb its origins are the recycler when I checked its properties.
I did a scan with hijack this, adaware, virus scan etc but nothing.
