If I try to right click or delete any .exe file, 'explorer.exe' service crashes & restarts immediately! This is on Windows Vista 32bit SP1. Tried removing any programs & updates installed recently but no good. Also tried disabling AV, Defender, restarting PC (same problem also in safe mode) & even restored Windows from a backup I did a few days ago worked fine but problem has now returned & not installed any new programs
