problemas con eBay - translation needed

A big ask, but I'm hoping a Spanish speaker here might be able to help with me a little eBay problem.

I sold an item to Spain last week but the buyer has given me a PO box address that I'm not prepared to post to. I messaged him (in English) last Friday but I haven't had a response.

I've wrote another email but this time tried using Google translate, but when I translate it back to check it it comes out as gibberish. Here's what I would like to say,

Hi I am sorry, I have tried contacting you through eBay but I have not had a response.

I still have your item here and I would like to post it however the address you provided is a PO box. Ordinarily this would not be a problem, but given the value I would feel much safer sending this by a tracked and signed for service, which I specified in the listing. Do you have an alternate address to send the parcel too?

Unfortunately it would need to be PayPal verified, and this would require me refunding your original payment. I will then send you a new invoice which you can pay using the updated address.

I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope we can sort this soon so I can get your item to you.

I don't normally mind selling worldwide. Generally I have found they're more trustworthy than our own, and I've sent to Belarus, Russia, Serbia and Lebanon to name a few!

This particular item is £90 though and I don't fancy posting it to a box in a wall.

Haha I did wonder, for some reason 'post' translates as 'put' and 'item' as 'article' with Google. Oh well, I'm sure they will understand it. It seems perfectly fine, in English at least

I was more concerned by the word 'molestias' to be honest
