I can't log into any IM services - tried MSN and AIM. Also can't get onto the iTunes store. MSN says 'the service is temporarily unavailable' and gives the error code '80048820'.
One of MS KB suggestion is to check that a certain port is blocked or whatever but i can't figure out how to check that using Norton 360. It's not blocked or forwarded through the routers firewall.
