Ok this will sound strange, i recentely swapped all my components over into my new case, and i've had several problems since, sometimes upon pressing the power button, the PC attempts to power up, and immediately turns off
another one from the small LCD screen on the back of the motherboard was CPU init, CPU initialization, and the other was Detect Dram,

Another problem is that the PC turned off after connecting a webcam

Any ideas?

Are you by any chance turning the system off at the mains, this dual boot is a common issue on modern motherboards, if power has been removed from the system, upon turning it back on, it boots first to check settings, switches off again and then proceeds to boot as normal, if you switch the machine off via the start/shutdown in windows and leave it plugged in at the mains itll boot ok on the first attempt. Its basically performing a check to make sure all is ok.

No not turning it off at mains
