hello there
i recently updated my c drive. i have obviously done some thing wrong because when i go into uninstalled programs in the control panel, it only shows programs i have installed on c drive and nothing what is on the d drive shows up. any ideas please.

From what you're saying, I assume you have two or more drives, and have installed a new drive with a clean install of your operating system, correct? And you have programs installed on your other drive which aren't showing as installed, yes?

Well the answer is that you will have to reinstall these programs, although if any of them are Steam or Origin games then these can stay put if you point the program to that folder. But the majority of other programs will need installing again.

You'll have to explain the process a little more.

Did you clone a previous drive and restore it to the new C: ? What software, what was the original drive, what's the new one?

Or did you update from a previous windows to 10?
