Placed an order on bank holiday monday and it all got confirmed etc but have not received the items yet. No despatch notification etc. What's going on? I can't contact anyone there as the phone is constantly engaged. I realise i probably shouldnt post this here but i'm not having a moan / slagging them off. I just want to know if there are problems and i have no other way of finding out.
