problems booting into windows 10. pls help

Hi,
when trying to boot into windows 10. The boot screen says acer expore beyond limits
"preparing automatic repair" it wont go any further than that. it wont boot into windows 10.

using alt 10 at start up bring up choose an option. when i choose troubleshoot reset this pc remove everything it says reset this pc there was a problem while resetting this pc

also tried advanaced options system restore it says you have to log in as adminsistrator to continue.then it says there are no adminstrator accounts on this pc.

tried holding down the power buttom for 20 secs and nothing changes.

the laptops is to Aser Aspire E 15

Sounds like you'll need to download the Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft onto a USB stick and re-install Windows 10 from there. You should be able to get any extra drivers from Acer's website then.

now it saying recovert your pc/device needs repaired. a device is not working. could the hard drive be away?

It should have a built in recovery partition/factory restore

hi, it does but it keeps asking for admin account then saying there is not one.
