been having a problem trying to buy something from a particular website, when i select what i want and click add to basket, it just goes to basket and says its empty.
After contacting the site and telling them whats wrong , they suggested that i delete cookies and clear browser data and also to make sure java is enabled. After doing this i tried again and the same thing happened, on both pc and my iphone 6s plus.
Has anyone ever had anything like this happen to them and maybe know what i need to do to fix the problem ?
