Problems coming out of Sleep

I'm not too sure if this is Software related ,or hardware related. But, when the system was trying to come out of Sleep, the system was in a reboot loop, but it would not fully bootup. What happened is, I pressed the space bar on my keyboard, the system would rev up, and then stop, and reboot to the point where the dvd drive light would blink, then it reboot. You can hear it boot, then nothing, then you would hear it bootup again. Edit, To get it booted, I have to press the power button to shut it down, then power it up again via the power button.

Tried it again, this time it booted up ok, must have been a bug.

It happens to my desktop occasionally. I think it's hardware related tbh as it was the same with vista and XP on pretty much the same machine. On my laptops I've never had any problems regardless of OS.

I just put up with it on the odd occasion that it happens.
