I've switched from Virgin broadband to BE broadband, I'm in an area that supports LLU broadband from BE (as Samknows seems to state aswell as other sites) but the problem is when trying to connect my new router up it just states there is a problem connecting the DSL or something along those lines.
I've used the little micro filters on stuff that would require it and tried connecting the ethernet port directly to the phone line but none of it works
The DSL light doesn't show up and I used the disc to try and install new firmware and that worked but didn't help. Basically I've checked through all the disc, manual and installation stuff and it just seems a dead end with the DSL just not working so can anyone advise me what the issue could be and how to fix it??
