problems installing artic freezer 7 pro????

Hi

just received my artic freezer 7 pro in the post from overclockers http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-017-AR&tool=3

and me and my friend are having trouble connecting the four clips on the bottom of the freezer 7 pro to the four holes where the old heatsink went. the holes just seem to small for the clips on the new heatsink to fit into

this is the mobo we are having trouble fitting it to p5n32-e.

any help would be very much appreciated

Sounds like the clips are in place already. Mke sure the pins are visible then try again.

The black push bits sound like they have been engaged . Pull the black push back so you can see the pins that go through the mobo.

having all sorts of problems, seems as if the white closures around the black pins dont fit or even get close into going into the four holes around the cpu... were worried with all the pressure that it will break the motherboard

everytime we push down to put the white bit in.. the white bit and the black bit are loosing there thread
