Problems installing printer

Hi

Im trying to install a printer but every time i use the driver to install the software, the print spooler software stops running and it will not complete the installation. Anyone have any ideas on how to sort it

sorry, the printer is an epson cx3600 all in one type jobby. Thanks

do you mean print spooler service? If so you can restart it from services.msc


weird question, but do you have adobe acrobat professional installed? I ask as someone else had this issue and adobe was the cause.
