Problems installing windows on new PC

Got this pc:

Tried to install windows XP on it, gets to the copy files bit of windows install (screen with 5 green dots moving) goes for about 30/40 seconds and the whole PC cuts out.....like the PSU turns off the PC, any ideas?

Thought its:

1) Overheating CPU
2) Chipset drivers maybe? How do I sort this with no floppy drive ?

The boxed heatsink, thought this myself, but 99% certain the things installed properly, in bios for 15 mins it gets to 60/65c (high i know ! but expected it from a box heatsink)

yeh will try it, well its me mate thats doin it and he is 100 miles away tryin guide over phone, suggesting chipset drivers now as it always crashes at the EXACT same time down to the second

haha sorted 2 hours of tutoring later via xbox live webcam............. cpu temps now ~30 c, go me and my patience
