Right,

Got an 8800GT and have installed my MCW60 block along with some swiftchech ramsinks that came with it only problem is that when installed in my case they keep falling off!

Is using superglue a good idea, or will it damage anything?

if you don't mind a permanent fix you need some epoxy thermal compound - basically glue and thermal compund mixed together. ocuk sells it I think.

Only do it as a last resort mate, it can be a real pain to get them back off.

I must update my sig sometime, its years out of date! The only thing I still have is the cooler.

:D LMAO Shows how much of a geek I am. Thought about conductivity before the actual purpose of glue . :o

Your sig is like a politician. Only telling 10% of the truth :p.

You were correct to, Little point fitting sinks if you end up with a thermal barrier !
( the with of a fag paper can cost You 20oC !!!)

"Why does it always rain on me, is it cause I lied when I was 17".

Was that the song that came to mind when you had RAM sink and RAM in hand?. :D

Sorry to hear though :(. I take it the relationship between you, glue and PC hardware is over then?. :)

Oh yes, i leave the stock heatsink on now on my 9800gtx

:D Aye, as would I. Although if extra cooling was needed for an extra overclock or I just generally wanted lower temps within my case then I'd fit them but only with proper conductive adhesive.

OFF TOPIC:

How do you compare the G80GTX to the G92GTX?.

I think the G92 is better yes, i get better frame rates with it, some say its rubbish, i like it though

I think it's resolution dependant. My screen is capable of 2048x1536 so the G80GTX gives me better bandwidth for this. I think it's quite close if not even at 1920x1200 in a few benchmarks I've seen recently. Anything lower than 1920x1200 and I think the 9800GTX is faster.
