Problems on build (BSOD code F4, oc failed)

Hi there,

Lately Im having problems with this build:
i3-2100
p8z68 v LX
8gb vengeance LP white
Re-used 650W Jeantech ( dont laugh it powered an old pentium d 820 and an x1950 pro with no problems for 3 yrs )
Re-used 160GB seagate
win7 sp1

Whenever my dad uses the pc it always get blue screens with error code F4
I have tried memtest for 14hrs and it showed no errors using the XMP profile of 99924 at 1.35v and chkdisk with no errors as well.

Today it got an OC failure problem, but I nver OCd anything. The only thing that I changed is ram profile from auto to XMP.

Currently Im running everything at defaults, hopefully no problems will occur so he can browse.

Any help will be appreciated thanks.

Remove the XMP profile, set the memory speed/timings and voltage manually to whats written on the sticks.

Do a fresh re-install.

I was hoping I wouldnt need a reinstall ah well.

Will come back in a few days as the problem is happening at random times. thanks
