Problems paying for games via steam

Has anyone come accross problems paying for any games via steam. I am trying to purchase Day of Defeat: Source. When I try and pay it says there is a problem with the card. I have checked with the bank and funds are there and more than ample credit on my cards. I have tried four or five cards now.

Anyone else encountered this and is there any resolution ?

Does it give any more specific problems with the card? I've heard of address issues, that when it doesn't match up right, it won't go through, and a solution for people has been to stick the address details all in one line.

hi,
yeah i had this problem aswell....
mine was the "name on card " part.. took afew attempts for steam to accept it, you might need to look at that aswell as the address lines.
