Problems rotating resolution

I just bought Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP for my sz2m/b computer and I can't seem to find the option in my NVIDIA to rotate the screen resolution. The graphics card I hope it is NVIDIA GeForce go 7400 if that helps.

When I looked at the introductions it says there is a rotate option although it cannot be found anywhere within the control panel. I have the most uptodate drivers, is it the nvida control pannel that needs up dating and where would i get the update from

If you're in classic driver view then try:

Display Properties->Settings->Advanced->GeForce 7400 GO->NVRotate

Afraid that i am using normal setting so it just goes to the nvidia control panel, is there somewhere eslse to get more driver from for my laptop, is the driver the things that control the "niidia control panel"
