problems running Wolfenstein (new version)

hey all

got a serious issue running this game.!!!

Upon starting I get a flashing screen that has the normal game display but flashing and coverd in grey lines....

Cant even read the options!!!

All other games work fine atm...

Anyone got any idea how to fix this?

Im on win 7 ultimate
