Problems setting up Blink Mini security camera

I'm having an issue adding my first Blink Mini security camera. I'm using an Android phone.

I've created a Blink account, then I've scanned the camera with it's QR code.

I get to the stage where I have to connect to the camera on the phones WiFi, I do this but when I go back into the Blink app it can't detect the camera. I'm at the stage after the Wifi stage, there is a message saying Looking for your Device, then eventually it times out with a message saying unable to communicate with the Mini Camera.

I'm using a Draktek Vigor router, I've turned the firewall off, made sure there are no ports blocked, access control for WiFi is disabled.

Could someone who uses Blink post the stages to connect? I've either doing something really stupid, or there is a conflict in my network stopping the camera from connecting.

EDIT. It appears resolved, it was Googles VPN blocking the camera

Another thing to add for this an a lot of other smart home devices is that they don't work well or are dual band compatible. Therefore you need to switch off the 5Ghz on home network, discover the device then reinstate the 5Ghz
