I have two PC's with the same motherboard the Gigabyte B450 AORUS M on my main PC I was having intermittent BSOD and from advice given here there can be a RAM issue with these boards so was advised to update the BIOS which I did, from F2 to F32 which resolved the problem.

I am starting to have a similar issue on my secondary PC so thought I would update the BIOS on that except I cannot for some reason.

I am using Gigabytes @BIOS but get an error message when trying to update the bios. Here are some images.

Any thoughts?

Don't use @BIOS and instead use the Q-Flash flashing tool in the bios. Just download the latest bios, unzip it if needed and put it on a usb stick. Reboot and enter the bios and fire up Q-Flash. Follow the instructions and point it at the usb stick with the new bios on it and confirm you want to flash. Let it do it's thing and when complete it will either reboot or prompt you to reboot. Please remember that flashing the bios will reset it so write down any changes you have made before flashing.

As above. Don't do it through windows. Do it through the bios.

Will let you know how I get on, thanks folks.
