Problems uploading files to my webserver

Hello,I created a topic about choosing a webserver yesterday. I went with TSO in the end and started to set it up earlier. I'm now attempting to upload files using webdisk.

I have created my webdisk username and password. However I am trying to access webdisk for the first time and when I run the program to get into it I am asked me which security certificate do I want to select and there are no certificates to select and only a "cancel" option.

I have opened up the 2078 and 2077 ports but this has had no effect.

Any ideas?

Is webdisk a service TSO offer? I have a TSO account somewhere but I can't remember the details lol

Did this this afternoon myself on OSX and worked with no problems. Ran the script, accepted certificate, put in username/password ad worked.

They replied to my email promptly and told me that the webdisk service has teething problems and I should use FTP. About to try now...

I'm not sure if webdisk is 100% on vista. If possible, try the manual browsing to the location rather than the automatic setup that cPanel tries to give you.

Using cpanel is a safe bet.

or something like filezilla.

Webdisk SSL is a pain on Vista - afaik the non-SSL version is less of a PITA but our clients don't tend to have much luck...

I'm using filezilla. The standard connect option of filezilla doesn't work either. Luckily the quick connect option works perfectly so I am using that.

Exactly what i use, then you cant just hit ctrl+r when you open filezilla up and it connects
