problems with 4ondemand and bbc iplayer programs

Hi all, for some reason when i try to run these two programs i'm getting script errors and they're not running at all. It asks me whether i want to continue running scripts on this page (even though i don't have a page open) and whether or not i click yes, the program simply won't work.

The streaming iplayer page works fine btw.

I've tried updating the flash player. Using vista 64. Any ideas?

they both use the kontiki p2p system for sharing files and they conflict with each other. i don't know if there is a fix so both can run at once. maybe ask in the bbc iplayer forums or at least you have a term to google now....

i just stream iplayer content so it doesn't affect me. i'd like to stream 4od content without having their sucky software installed but unfortunately you can't do that.

It's hard to tell without debug information.

Try uninstalling both and just use iPlayer to start off with. Ensure kontiki is removed from the system by checking the running services. I'm pretty sure there's a few problems with Kontiki on vista. What build are you using (system tray > about. The last four numbers after the colon)
