Problems with 8600gt

Guys, havin a few probs getting spare putter to post. I have just put it all together and i can even get it to post.

I have got asrock 4core dual vsta
e2180
2x1gb 667
8600gt gfx.
450w power unbranded

the puter is powering on but no signal is getting sent to the monitor, all hardware is powering up.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
