Problems with a 580GTX

Got this Phailt 580GTX 3gig version on thursday and it was perfect. Gamed all night on it. Come to it next day, turned my machine on and loads of inch long lines on my screen, so i powerd off and back on again and they are gone, so i furmaked it for 1 hour, and it was stable. This happens evry time i start my machine. Is it a card issue or somthing else.

OCZ ZS Series 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply

What could be the problem.
I do have 2 monitors connected to my screen aswell.

I have just installed the newest drivers from nivida today, im gonna leave it off to see what happends, also going to try and swap the pci-e power cables round
