Got a Dell Latitude C640, running XP Pro SP2.
Laptop is absolutely fine untill I install the driver for this card.
The card works OK, but the PC is extremely sluggish once the driver is installed... seems to take approximately 50% of the system resources.
Tried to update the driver to the latest version - downloaded it from Linksys and installed it, but it is the same version... despite the documentation implying that this new version is as least one major release newer.
Have even tried a fresh install of the Laptop - but to no avail!
Linksys support don't seem to be able to help - their recommendation is to try the card in another Laptop... dont really want to bork another one though!
Anyone else got one of these and experienced problems?
Knew I should have just waited and bought a Netgear DG834GT and WG511T!
