problems with bd remote/keyboard

sorry to ask this as it is probably the stupidest question in the world but how to i get my remote to work, the only instructions with it were
1, insert batteries
2,connect usb reciever
3,turn on ps3,
ive tried registering it on the ps3's bd remote registering in the accessory settings but i cant get it to work,

any help rendered will be greatly appreciated

nah doesnt work either way,idk if its bluetooth or not,all it says on teh back of the remote is ps3 wireless keyboard and there isnt any bluetooth symbol anywhere

in that case id rather not say what it cost,it does have a flip out keyboard though

ok can we find a way to delete this thread please, stating poster stupidity as a reason,
anyone...no ok then,
im not saying it was the problem but in all likelyhood it was

the batteries may have been put in the wrong way round :rolleyes:

yeah its like that one but it has a ps button instead of the little home thingy, but no it doesnt work sorry
