Hello,
Last night my new comuter was built, and its running excellent!
However i have ran into a small problem that i have never seen before....
My computer will boot up fine when i do no have my external HDD fitted to the USB slot. However when i do fit it the computer will try to boot from it, and if i go into the BIOS it will see the external HDD but it will not see the SATA which it should boot from. When i remove the external the BIOS will then see my SATA and boot from it.
Its very weird, it seems as if the computer will either see one or the other, but it wont let me select to use the SATA all the time to boot from so i can still have my external connected.
Any ideas what could fix this?
My motherboard is an Asus P5Q Pro if that helps....
Thanks
