Hey, im currently with Tiscali, all of a sudden now in the evenings i cannot play Online Games as every 10-20 seconds the game will freeze for about 2-5 seconds. At first i thought it was the game but tried all my other online games and the same happened. The reason i believe it is the ISP is that i can play online in the mornings fine, just when the afternoon/evenings start to kick in.
I have phoned them and as usual nothing is wrong according to them.
Does what im explaining sound like a ISP issue and can anyone recommend me a "Unlimited BroadBand Package" ( I know unlimited is not actually real but you know what i mean)
