Problems with Edonkey pro

Recently payed up for a pro serial number etc, however when I start up the client I get his:

I was running the free version up until now with no problems, had to open up a couple of firewall ports which I've done exactly the same this time with no joy.

Any ideas? the support forum seems to be down

I don't know of any other users to boot from.
