Problems with Gigabyte 8500GT Graphics crad

Hi

I keep having problems with booting my system, when I switch on the pc's fans whirr and the machine has a long beep followed by 3 short beeps then the pc shutsdown

I have read that this maybe down to the graphics card being faulty, I have replaced just about everything on my setup and this is the only thing that remains I havent been able to swap out

Any help would be appreciated, my specs are

Abit IP35 Pro xe m/board
2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 Ram
Gigabyte 8500GT 512 PCIe graphics card
Quad 2.4 ghz (6600) processor
Maxtor 500 GB sata drive

Nvidia acknowledged a manufacturing fault with the 8400GS and 8500GT chips. I suggest you arrange an RMA with the store you bought the card from or the manufacturer.
