Problems with gigabyte Z77-D3H

I'm running this Kingston memory in my Z77-D3H. It's not ideal as it theoretically needs 1.65V to run above 1333MHz, but it's what I already had and it has been fine.

A single stick of 'PNG' (whoever they are) memory is a strange choice for a new build. Was it bought specially, or just something you already had?

its a long story. its actually pny memory not png.
i had it already. its a pc world product.
this is a budget build and pennies are tight at the moment.

looks like i need to get myself some decent memory then.

Replacing the memory might not help at all, but it is the most obvious candidate and luckily also the cheapest.

hi guys. I promised I would update you all.

The memory arrived and my pc now boots first time and has completed the OS install.
Its looking good.

Thanks for all the help. Very much appreciated.
