Problems with Graphics Card

Yesterday after about 3 hours of my newly built pc working absolutely fine, my screen started flickering then cut out. Overnight the problem seemed to have fixed itself then today after about 20 mins of gaming the screen cut out again. I booted into the BIOS and there were two vertical blue streaks through the screen, but I was greeted with a black screen when I tried to boot windows. I reinstalled windows from its disc and it booted into it and it still has two funny coloured lines through the screen. I did the updates for the graphics card to view the right resolution but again I was greeted with a black screen after installation. Have I broke the graphics card??? What can I do to fix it?

Can't even get a picture now from the GPU, The picture is fine when I connect the monitor up to the Motherboards DVI I port, so it must be a problem with the GPU.

The card is out and the motherboard display is fine. Can the card be fixed or is it done for? I kinda feel a bit embarrassed contacting OCUK and explaining that everything I seem to touch breaks!!! Should I contact them and tell them that the PSU might be the root problem?

I RMA'd both the GPU and PSU, they arrived today. Everything worked fine for about 20 mins and then 'BLACK SCREEN'!!!!!! Booted into the BIOS and again... streaks through my display! WTF is damaging the GPU???? Everything is running from stock, I haven't overlocked the CPU or the GPU. All cables are connecting properly from the PSU to the G CARD, even got the two green less lit up! This is driving me crazy, has anyone got any suggestions as to what is happening?

I have a Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming G1-Wifi BK. It came with the F4 BIOS, I'm currently running the F6. Is this really going to be the problem. It has blown two Asus Radeon R9 280X DirectCUII TOP 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card's???? Do you think it is a motherboard issue?. I have RMA'd two hard drives, a Graphics card and a PSU!

The dvi and HDMI are having the same problems. I tried contacting Gigabyte before when my HDD and SSD were faulty and they only have an email support system and they are rubbish at getting back to me.

Does anybody else have any suggestions as to what is causing the problem, could I have connected the psu cables incorrectly? If it is a motherboard problem, would a different gpu have the same problem? Please help

Well the first time it happened i was playing videos on youtube and the second gpu went while I was on the desktop??? Neither while I was gaming so I wasn't putting the cards under any stress! Has anybody experienced similar issue?
