Problems with my new pre built pc(not from overclockers)

When i go on youtube using chrome it stutters and freezes and the sound turns to buzzing.

i have a 3600 r5
1tb m.2.
Radeon 5700 gpu
X470 msi pro gaming mobo

any help would be appriciated..

Contact the people who built it? That's where I would start personally.

You've paid for a product that is faulty.

It also came and didnt recognise the 4tb mechanical hd.

im hoping to try any fixes before sending it back so my son can play games in it.

im not too clued up with sofware and all that

i suggest you do not go faffing around looking for fixes and implementing them yourself - you could very well invalidate the warranty. speak to the company that built the pc and follow the trouble shooting methods they suggest.
