Problems with my new system

I've had my new system from OCUK a week now and apart from the first 2 days it's just been one problem after another. It started with a lot of blue screen errors(different message each time) and rebooting itself, and then my windows became invalid. Now when entering the product key I was given it says invalid key.

The system is
"Ultima OC 8800GTS" Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 2.40GHz @ X6800+ 2.93GHz Dual Core SILENT DDR2 System - Vista Premium

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 [email protected], Antec P900+800W PSU, 2GB 900MHz DDR2, 500GB SATA2 HDD, DVD-Writer, GeForce 8800GTS 640MB, Onboard 7.1 Audio, Gigabit LAN, Vista Operating System.

its above my price range and I'm pretty annoyed at the moment.

Has anyone else suffered any such problems from this system. The reviews were all good so it must be a one off, you would think?

OCUK say they will fix it if I sent it in but I'm considering a full refund and buying elsewhere. I don't think I should have to wait for a repair.
 
Ask for a replacement rather than yours to be fixed. See what customer support say, I'm sure they won't have a problem with it.

These things happen with PC's they are dam unpredictable.

From personal experience I wouldn't buy a prebuilt PC from anywhere else except OcUK. Thats an honost opinion rather than a biased customer grabbing opinion OcUK has far better customer support and is the best website/shop I have ever used :)
 
If I have a new replacement the warranty would start again from when that was delivered, and not when the faulty one was? I don't want to get a replacement and then something goes wrong after my 28 days is up.
