Problems with pRototype

Just installed Prototype on my PC for some strange reason i get this sorta game play it doesnt lagg or anything just that anyone know why ?

Q6600 2.4
4GB ram
ATI 4800 1gb

well, i cant seem to find any game updates, not too sure why your getting weid lag

Just noticed that 27th of july new updates were released for my graphics card gona try installing them maybe that will solve the problem
