Problems with Razer Lachesis drivers!

Hi all iam having problems installing the latest drivers on my razer lachesis from the official site. Currently on v1.00 and i want to update to the latest v1.10. However when i click over write the previous drivers it deletes my razer control panel and all the links on the computer. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to rectify it. Same promblem happens with my lycosa too. Thanks.

The install package for the new driver detects the 1.0 driver and uninstalls it. You shold then reboot and run the installer again, which should install the new driver.

exactly
