Check rig in sig Im getting very odd scaling in sli with borderlands 2 and teh framrate at times falls to 30fps with physx on full :(

I was wondeing if anyone knew how i could improv this ??

I tried using a 1gb 9800gt as a physx card and it ran even worst :(

So then I put it in my mates system which is 920 D0 and gtx 480 and high ran worstd than with out it, am i doing something wrong??

Im going to borrow his 480 for a physx card this friday and see if that will work in my rig :o

Any ideas people ?? any one running sli and a physx card ??

One idea turn physx off its a fail technology imo.

My bro has a 580 and runs borderlands 2 at full, maybe stop SLI and then try it with just the 670 doing all the work on its own.

The PhysX effects in Borderlands 2 will require more than a 9800GT - something isn't right at all if your not getting good results with GTX670 SLI tho even with high settings and PhysX on highest settings.

Have you tried the latest drivers?

I've found BL2 to be very CPU dependent in some situations even with the graphics cards doing the PhysX work but would have thought youe 3930k to run it without any issues.

I've tried all the drivers including the latest 310 drivers still the same.

A 9800 gt has about the same compute performance as gt 640 from what ive read and that gets good results, but ill be trying a 480 soon that should have mor than enough grunt :D

1 670 @2560x1440 is not enough ive tried and physx adds a lot to this game normally I would agree but its done really weel in this.
