problems with WHS

Few problems here that Im abit worried about on my WHS,

EDIT Updated;

***Updated Issue***
I will set the Scene for this one, I turn on my ps3 or 360 and other flat mates do the same for their consoles, they get the usual <WHS Server Name> appear on the video, music, pictures and are able to view or stream such media..... however If I log into the <WHS Server> via RDP or logmein and then some one turns on their 360 or ps3 in my flat... nothing the <WHS Server> does not appear, If I log off it re-appears ???? however it is always available via explorer through pc's ranging from xp, vista, ubuntu and 7 I think it may be a upnp problem ??? any Ideas

I can also log into the console with no issues whatsoever..... to me or the consoles ,,,,


***Another Issue***
It wont update to powerpack 3 even though, i installed the beta for pp3, but it wont go any further to the said full version. Theres no uninstall for the beta and it states its at pp2 ?? any ideas??


***Fixed (below) When I did a reinstall and moved to DD-WRT for QOS options as some one kept hogging bandwidth***
WHS doesn't recognise port forwarding is available on my router (wrt54g tomato 1.27) , again another recent problem, this happened after I found out a few people were using upnp on my router (I have a few people in my flat) to open ports etc for stuff that was say abusing the network ... so i opend the ports whs needed and turned off upnp it started complaining so I turned it back on again on my wrt54g and whs is still complaining it cant port forward the router ....


any fixes here people ?

I don't really understand your first issue, perhaps you can clarify a bit?

I wouldn't worry about the second issue - I believe WHS just uses uPnP to forward http/https to itself. If these are manually port forwarded to the machine it has the same effect.

EDIT: it also seems to open port 4125 - not sure if thats required.

UPDATE

***SORTA FIXED***
Another Issue, is that replication doesn't seem to be occurring, it states that my replication has occurred but for some reason 3 of the HDD's are at 97% (well roughly you can see in the image below) and it wont replicate to other HDD's. Im positive of this due to, the 1.5 and the new 1 TB hdds being added one at a time then information was added then the next hdd was added then more information was added and filled them .....

Let whs manage its hard disks. If it is saying balanced, well, it is!

Mine has 5 drives, 4@97% and 1 @ 22%
Just becasue its balanced doesn't mean it fills them up so the percent full is the same. AFAIK this is normal.
 
I've seen the task manager thing before, I can't remember what I did to restore it though. Try double-clicking the border.
