Hey guys.
So I have problems... with my pc anyways
I bought my pc from Overclockers almost 2 years ago and recently it has been seriously playing up...
Right then, the symptoms.
1) All of the usb ports work, but they are very dodgy. my mouse, keyboard and wireless usb all work, but if I move the keyboard or mouse in any way that could be considered violent, they disconnect and then re connect.
2) The computer has been blue screening with a horrid regularity... once or twice a week...
OK... That's all the symptoms, but they are quite worrying... and the usb problem is very annoying. both the front and back ports are affected.
Some of my more computer knowledgeable friends (or so they say) say that the usb card in the back cannot be burnt out, and so I was wondering if people think it is the motherboard dying? the ports are defiantly what is wrong. I have tried a large number of mice...
I do leave my pc on almost constantly and I know that is the reason my old laptop caught fire, but apparently, according to the reviews i have found on the internet, the motherboard that they installed is not all that great...
Is there any program that can test my hardware to see if it is all ready to be scrapped?
Anyway, what do y'all think?
Thanks
