My current set up is a dual core 8400 at 3ghz , 4GB DRR2 corsair memory 1tb samsung hard disk and a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT GPU.

The problem is if i have a few programs open at once and try and watch a video on youtube while its full screen the video is discolored and pixelated.

do i need more RAM or a new graphics card ?

all drivers and flash is updated fully.. i can play crysis on med specs im using a 24 inch 1080p monitor think is too much for the graphics card ?
