Probs with my network

hey guys got a prob with my network

am on ntl broadband
i got 2 pcs one downstairs one upstairs the one donwstairs is absoloutly fine but the one upstairs wont let me on the net it has no ip address at all i have checked the settings and tried to repair it i have made sure cables are in correct but still no look
can anyone help me coz its starting to rly anoy me now

so when you do ipconfig you dont get an ip what so ever in command prompt?

try and do /iprelease
and then /iprenew i think it is

i fixed it now was somethin rly weired dont know how i fixed it but owell it works again good enough for me thanks for the help though
