ummmm :o I seem to have lost my O2 sim card whilst doing a SIM swap!

Hunting for it now, but not looking too good! It is PIN protected, but what is the procedure of getting a replacement one with the same number!?

Thanks

is it a contract one? I know at vodafone they can just give you a new one for free but it wont have your contact info on there. If its payg you have to pay £5 for the sim

if its payg you can have the number plus any credit transferred to a new sim, if you need a payg sim for it to be transferred to then let me know as i have a load of em sittin in a draw, the 300 free txt ones

If its payandgo and you have been with O2 for a while, call up customer service.

They will block the old SIM, send you out a new one and transfer your number across.

ALL free off charge, I know this beacuse the very same thing happened to me a while ago :o

it depends on your T&Cs which you signed up to when taking out the phone but it isn't going to be cheap... it's ~£20 for a sim, standard price...

just ring up customer services and enquire though :)
