Just off the phone with EE, saying that I get my new AWU today and wondering how to transfer services from my old SE to the AWU.

i was told it should do this automatically?? Is this right, i though they need IMEI numbers and all that jazz to transfer the services?

Thanks @Feek

i could be in trouble here. I have already wiped and traded in my current SE. Can I still transfer the cellular to the AWU?

I don’t have many customisations on the Watch, hence doing a new install when I get the AWU.

can I basically get in touch with new Watch and give the EID and go from there?

a lot done today..

EE witched over my plan to the new AWU. Into Apple to get the Alpine Loop, and also got AppleCare setup on my AWU.

After gibbering to the boy from Apple for 5-10 mins, he clarified it was a good idea to get AppleCare, as any issues, its a brand new watch. And if it was needing fixed / repaired without, its a standard fee of £519!! :eek::eek:

@Feek

just had a read through, and yeah, even a refurb watch wouldn't bother me, as like you mentioned, Apple refurbs are as new all the time anyway.

And to add, a lot better than paying £500+ for a replacement!
